1. The booked session is personal and non-transferable (except for gift sessions). The person making the booking (or the Gift Recipient for Gift Sessions) is considered to be authorized for the session and could be submitted to an identity check on request. In the event of discrepancies or misconduct, the training can be terminated prematurely without further claims.

2. The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of all information required here for. No claims for sessions which cannot be held due to incorrect information.

3. Information and / or handed out material are intended for personal use only. It is not permitted under any circumstances to make audio or video recordings of the training. Any violations of personal rights can be prosecuted.

4. A free rescheduling (in case of availability) can only be considered and eventually offered with a lead time of 45 days (goodwill). Please send your request in writing, including all booking details, to hello@intensify.rocks. In the event that the booking person is not available or not attendant or if you wish to make adjustments at short notice, no substitute appointment is possible.

5. This booking can be revoked in writing within 14 days without giving a reason; an email with all booking details is required to service@intensify.rocks. The training fee will then be promptly reimbursed using the same payment method.
