Position on Artificial Intelligence and Opt-Out Data Use
INTENSIA is committed to safeguarding artistic integrity and the inherent value of human creativity.
All her works are crafted to foster connection and genuine emotional expression — not for synthetic replication, automation, or derivative use by artificial intelligence.
INTENSIA does not authorize, support or participate in the development, training, or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence or machine learning models using any INTENSIA content or third-party intellectual property without explicit, prior consent.
Explicit Prohibition, Global Opt-Out & EU AI Act Regulations
INTENSIA explicitly prohibits the use of her content for the following purposes:
• Training, enhancing, or fine-tuning machine learning and artificial intelligence models (including generative AI)
• Automated data scraping, indexing, or crawling
• Dataset compilation, embedding extraction, or synthetic reproduction
• Any related data processing aimed at building or improving automated systems
This prohibition applies to all content, whether published in physical or digital form, including all associated metadata. No permission is granted for these uses, and no license may be inferred, assumed, or retroactively requested.
This policy applies globally to all commercial entities.
If applicable, non-commercial use is permitted only as explicitly granted under the specific provisions of the European AI Act.
AI Licensing Opt-Out
INTENSIA does not participate in AI licensing schemes and will not respond to any requests or inquiries regarding AI licensing or data usage.
No exceptions will be made.
Active Protection and Intellectual Property Vigilance
INTENSIA applies technologies to protect and trace any unauthorized use related to AI systems or synthetic reproduction.
In the event of policy violations or intellectual property infringement, legal actions may be pursued in accordance with international and German copyright law.
