However, to maintain the unique artistic integrity of Intensia’s original creations and as a core principle of Intensia’s artistic philosophy, Intensia doesn’t permit the creation, public sharing, or distribution of vocal or instrumental cover versions or any other vocal or instrumental reinterpretation of Intensia’s copyrighted works. Licensing of professional instrumentals or derivate arrangements intended especially for film or TV synchronization is exclusively permitted within the framework of individually agreed-upon license agreements.
As an artist and mentor, Intensia strongly believes that a true artist’s journey lies in discovering and nurturing their own unique voice and style. While covers can be a fun way to engage with existing music or to discover valuable training impulses in a private setting, Intensia’s focus is on celebrating original expression. Music Usage Fairplay, Responsible Usage and Licensing Policy
If you are running a business, an influencer profile, or any other account or platform intended for commercial gain or audience growth, and wish to use INTENSIA’s music in your social media posts or marketing materials, a proper license is required.
The availability of music on public platforms or social media does not imply that commercial usage rights are granted.
Use without compensation is permitted only for strictly personal purposes, such as private enjoyment or non-commercial personal expression that is not linked to monetization or brand-building, as well as for direct and unmistakable support for the artist and genuine appreciation of her work.
